Thoughts are the food of the mind. A new thought everyday will not only be fresh food but will provide the necessary nutrition and stimulant needed to keep the mind healthy nutrition and stimulant needed to keep the mind healthy and enthusiastic about life. In this day of disruption and chaos, this is important.
